Monitoring PM2.5 pollution will be included in the new national air quality standards in China. Relevant departments are urged to further revise and  1  the new standards as soon as possible. The final mission of this  2  is to reduce pollution caused by PM 2.5 significantly, which will take at least 20 years to  3 . It is known that Europe and the US have been  4  against PM2.5 for 50 years. So, to deal with China’s air pollution now,  5  the PM2.5 problem, at least half of that time, if not the same length, will be needed.
